Flexible | Safe | Community-Based
FlickUp Football offers pay-per-play flag football games that are fun, coached, and completely commitment-free. This program creates a safe space where kids can show up, join in, and connect—without needing to be on a team or commit long-term. Perfect for busy families and curious young athletes.

🏕️ Pop-Up Camps & Clinics
Age-Specific | Skill-Focused | Family-Friendly
From toddlers to teens, our pop-up camps are designed to build speed, agility, coordination, and teamwork through energetic and age-appropriate training. Camps are grouped by age (2–5, 6–9, 10–13, 14–17), ensuring tailored coaching that meets kids where they are. Plus, we host Family Fitness Days so parents can join in the fun!

Movement Matters at Every Age
In collaboration with local preschools and daycares, we offer fun and engaging toddler movement classes during the school day. These midweek sessions promote physical literacy, motor skills, and confidence in our youngest athletes—laying the foundation for a lifelong love of fitness.

No Club? No Problem.
#UNATTACHED is a support network for youth track & field athletes who aren’t part of a club team. We provide community, coaching, and resources—including t-shirts, team tents, and a welcoming presence at meets—so every athlete can show up proud and prepared. Because no kid should feel like they have to go it alone.
